 Future Basic is a master thesis based on an observation on today’s sedentary living. The aim of the project is to motivate and promote physical activity in the home environment and strive against the negative consequences of inactivity. The current market of home work out equipment is directed towards regular exerciser and has a fitness expression that excludes some of the most important users, the beginners. Through visual work out tools adapted for the home environment by function, aesthetics and suitable materials, the user will be reminded and motivated to exercise and physical activate.
