Emilie Grubert

Among the talents featured in the fashion exhibition “Anybody: The Body and Beyond” is Emilie Grubert who graduated from KADK Fashion Design in 2014.

She trained under illustrator and women’s wear pioneer, Howard Tangye and fashion designer John Galliano in Paris and is currently  based in Shanghai as designer, academic leader and lecturer at Shanghai Institute of Visual Art.

Emilie’s contribution to the exhibition – “No Title” – explores how we exchange human interactions with digital ones, forget ourselves and deteriorate into this madly constructed virtual reality.

"Anybody: The Body and Beyond” is a curated experience that challenges the norms of the fashioned body. The participating talents have been asked to rethink the body beyond the limits of fashion through new disruptive interpretations of the body.

The exhibition will be showcased in Salling in Århus from April 1- 9 April. For more information visit anybody.dk
