Close collaboration with industry professionals is essential training for future designers. Third year fashion students at KADK worked closely with founder and creative director of Designers Remix, Charlotte Eskildsen in proposing collections for the brand’s existing lines such as womenswear and for new lines such as denim, menswear and sportswear. The entire project was exhibited at Skt. Petri Hotel during Copenhagen Fashion Week in February.

Two student, Amalie Vestergaard and Mats Beckman, worked specifically with sportswear developing a ski line coupling hyper-functional innovation with the fashion heritage of skiing. In March, the ski jacket from their collection was featured at PlayPark, the largest sport and adventure fair in the Nordic region.
