Students from the School of Design invites you to their bachelor fashion show during Fashion Week at the Design Museum Denmark. Here the newly graduated design bachelors from KADK cooperate with design bachelors from Kolding School of Design at a joint fashion show. See the next generation of designers in the hearth of Copenhagen.
The show is called STAFET (Baton) as the design students want to take and pass on the baton.
The fashion show takes place in the Design Museum Denmark's courtyard, August 5 at 15. Everyone is welcome!
The collections are created with a personal inspiration from each student, and brings therefore a diversity to the perception of fashion. The students have been working with subjects in a wide range from political and social topics to personal heritage and humorous mindsets. The discussion of the genders is brought into the context of fashion, and the consumption of image and food has both been inspiration for some of the students. With a more imaginary or even mathematic approach there is also collections represented from chaos and escape to a more dreamy place.
