2 November 2021: Notification of final exhibitors.

4 February 2022: Deadline for revised work abstract.

1 April 2022: Feedback on work abstract. 

8 August 2022: Deadline for paper and resume.

8 August 2022: Deadline for payment.

26 October 2022: Arrival of work at the Royal Danish Academy - Architecture, Design, Conservation.

4 November 2022: Opening of the Biennale.

8 January 2023: Final day of the Biennale.

13 January 2023: Work ready for pick up/transportation at the Royal Danish Academy - Architecture, Design, Conservation.

Practical matters concerning the exhibition of work

The exhibitor must provide any audio or visual viewing equipment works require.

Any complicated or extraordinarily time-consuming installation of works must be carried out by the exhibitor.

Transportation and shipping
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to organise and pay for shipping to and from his or her own country, as well as transportation to and from the exhibition venue in Copenhagen.

All work will be packed for return shipping in the same boxes and packing materials they arrived in.

All work must be picked up on 13 January 2022.

Please indicate clearly on all boxes or crates the name of the exhibitor and Works+Words 2022.


Insurance 
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to take out and pay for insurance for all transportation and shipping to and from the destination of origin to the final destination at the exhibition venue in Copenhagen.

The exhibition at the Round Tower’s Library Hall will be guarded during opening hours. However, the Round Tower exhibition team and Works+Words 2022 cannot accept any responsibility for any damage caused to works during shipping or exhibition.

Works which requires audio and visual viewing equipment, must be provided by the exhibitor.

Complicated, as well as extraordinary time consuming installations of works, must be carried out by the exhibitor themselves.
