Expansion of KADK Library emergency services by 25 May 2020
Since 23 April, 2020, students and staff at KADK and The Danish National School of Performing Arts (DDSKS) have had access to borrowing materials from our collections on Holmen.
Now the current situation allows us to expand this emergency service.
From today, 25 May, 2020, everyone can borrow books and journals from the KADK library collections.
KADK students and staff as well as DDSKS students and staff can also order materials from other libraries in Denmark and pick them up at the KADK library.
This is how it works:
If you are already registered as a user at the KADK library, you can order directly from our library catalogue at www.bib.kadk.dk. Remember to log in first.
Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail with your requests at bibliotek@kadk.dk.
If you are not registered as a user, you can order materials via www.bibliotek.dk.
Questions?
Ask us by sending an e-mail to: bibliotek@kadk.dk or call us at 4170 1700. We will answer on weekdays between 9.00 – 15.00.
From today, 25 May, 2020, you can also return your loans to the KADK library through the book drop in our front door. (Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé 50).
We do not oppose fines for borrowed materials until 1 September, 2020, and all loans are automatically prolongued until that date.
Please note that requested materials will be handed over at the library's back door (around the corner).
You are NOT allowed to enter the library building.
KADK library on Bornholm is totally locked down and you can NOT request, borrow or return books and magazines from there.
