School of Architecture to host Nordic conference

In August 2015, the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture, in association with the Technical University of Denmark's knowledge-building centre, Passivhus.dk, will host the  7PHN conference, Sustainable Cities and Buildings.

The conference will take place on 20 and 21 August 2015 in Copenhagen and will be the seventh in a series of Nordic conferences. The aim is to present the latest research results and specific construction projects and product development in the field of energy-efficient solutions and sustainable buildings and towns/cities. The solutions tackle materials, indoor climate, architecture and education, and buildings as an element of an overall energy system.

Facts about the conference
The conference will be the seventh in a series of Passivhus Conferences, which are held alternately in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland for the purpose of presenting relevant solutions and approaches to energy-efficient and sustainable buildings and towns/cities. The conference is the largest and only inter-Nordic, academic conference in this field and generally attracts a wide audience from all branches of the construction sector.
