Scale, Body and Space - exhibition of glass and ceramics by KADK Bornholm

During March, KADK Bornholm students exhibit their craft in glass and ceramics at the KADK Library. 

About the exhibition:

"Ceramic and glass artifacts interact with their urban and spatial contexts both as functional elements and as additions which expand humans' experience of space and city. 

As artisans, we have worked with large formats and the visualisation of solutions that challenge the existing by adding our materials to an individually chosen space.

We have registered atmospheres and impressions during our study trip to Oaxaca, Mexico: everything from light, sound, colour, form to interaction, experiences and atmospheres. Those impressions were transferred to a Scandinavian context, in which we created one draft of an element, surface, a panel, a border or sculptural expression."

Public opening on 1 March, 2018, 2 - 4 pm.
The exhibition is on display from 1 - 28 March, 2018.
