Furniture & Object

Short about Furniture & Object

'Furniture and Object' looks at solutions for the challenges of the future at both the local and global level. The programme is rooted in the Danish tradition of developing and designing objects that focus on users, context and problem solving, in both the public and private sector.

The programme’s focus is on furniture and other designed products related to body, space and context: systems, production, sustainability, materials and surfaces, spaces and users. The programme equips students with skills in, and an understanding of 1:1 execution in the workshop, experimentation, digital skills, user studies, an understanding of manufacturing and design methodology.
