Snow Daze – Animated Short Film
Video

After a snow storm Amelia seeks refuge in alternate worlds in order to save her own sanity, but is forced to confront her worst fear…

'Snow Daze' is an animated short film that is abstractly based on the five stages of grief, as outlined by psychologist Elizabeth Kübler-Ross. The project explores the cross field that exists within visual communication, and shows how digital illustrations can be combined with animation. The project was illustrated and animated in Photoshop and then edited in Premiere Pro. Sound design by Astrid Fabrin.
