In the photography studio students, teachers and researchers can work on all aspects of photography and photo editing and on the visualisation of projects from the idea stage to presentation. The studio is a component of the teaching and is used for the visualisation of wide range of the School of Design's specialities.

The Photography Workshop has a professional photography studio for photo shoots and photographic equipment for loan in conjunction with use of the photography studio.
The workshop is run by a workshop leader with a professional design background, who can counsel the students and support them at a highly professional level.
