Architectural intern for Jolma Architects in Finland
Jolma Architects Ltd is a Finland based architecture firm specializing in research, urban design, and communication. We are located in the beautiful city of Tampere in the southwest of Finland.
We are currently looking for talented and enthusiastic interns to work with us on exciting design competitions and projects in Finland and abroad.
Programme of traineeship
Phase 1:
- Introduction to competition workflow
- Introduction to meeting procedures
- Introduction to Scandinavian architecture and building design
Phase 2:
- Conceptual design of a public building
- Introduction to professional 3D modelling
- Introduction to urban design and circular economy concepts
Phase 3:
- 3D modelling of an urban design competition
- Introduction to architectural presentation and postproduction
- Postproduction work of a public building
- Reflection of learned skills and further development
Knowledge, skills and competencies to be acquired by the end of the traineeship:
- Architectural and urban design skills
- 3D modelling and postproduction skills

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented interns to work with us on exciting projects and design competitions in Finland and abroad. We require interns talented in 3D drafting, rendering, and post production to join us in our offices in the beautiful city of Tampere in southwest Finland.
