'Kengo Kuma & Associates', led by Yuki Ikeguchi, partner in charge, have recently won the competition to design a new waterfront cultural centre as part of the masterplan for Copenhagen’s Paper Island in collaboration with 'Cornelius Vöge Atelier for Arkitektur' and 'Søren Jensen Rådgivende Ingeniører'.
Kengo Kuma and Yuki Ikeguchi will give a lecture on the project, that creates a connection between land and sea, and combines facilities for sports associations, harbour baths and an indoor/outdoor pool along the edge of the main canal.
