This project explores the potentials of socio-spatial inclusion and occupational justice for newcomers, which stand in stark contrast to the current issues of the architecture and spaces of exception experienced by asylum seekers in Denmark. By investigating a sequence of arrival, the project proposes newcomer housing and infrastructure embedded in the established urbanity of Copenhagen.

A new building typology as a mosaic of experiences and different lives unfolding.
